Apps like Roobet: the honest state of the record
This library holds no app data for Roobet or its 41 alternatives. Here is what it does hold, which fields a mobile client could change, and what to check yourself.
Read 2026-08-28 · every figure from an operator document or a licence record
This site holds no app data. Not for Roobet and not for any of the forty-one alternatives: no store listing, no publisher name, no version, no platform, no record that a mobile client exists or does not. There is no field for it in the library, so there is nothing to compare and no table of apps to build.
Saying that first is more useful than the alternative, which is a page of plausible-sounding descriptions of software nobody checked. What this library does hold is the paperwork: licence records for thirty-nine of the forty-one, verification clauses for thirty-six, cashier coin lists for twenty-two, lobby supplier lists for twenty-two, published withdrawal ceilings for eight and founding years for ten. Those fields make up the sites like Roobet table, and the one closest to an app question is on verification at sites like Roobet.
The useful question then becomes which of those facts a mobile client would change, and the answer is: almost none of them. An account is an account whichever screen it is opened on, and the terms attach to the account. Two fields are genuine exceptions, and they are the two this page spends its time on. The lobby side of the same forty-one is on Roobet casino alternatives.
What is on record, and whether an app touches it
Read down the last column. The fields that decide what happens to your money — who licensed the operator, when documents get demanded, whether there is a ceiling on a withdrawal — are properties of the contract, and a contract does not change because it was agreed on a phone.
The two fields that can move are the cashier and the lobby. Both were read from what the operator serves on the web, and a mobile client can present a shorter coin list or a different set of studios, because payment integrations and game clients are not uniformly available across platforms. Where those two matter to a decision, the app's own screens are the only place to check them.
| Field | On record for | Would an app change it? |
|---|---|---|
| Licensing authority | 39 of 41 | No — the licence is the operator's, not the client's |
| Licence number | 39 of 41 | No |
| Link into a public licence register | 33 of 41 | No |
| Verification clause | 36 of 41 | No — the clause binds the account |
| Numeric verification threshold | 5 of 41 | No |
| Published maximum withdrawal | 8 of 41 | No |
| Founding year | 10 of 41 | No |
| Cashier coin list | 22 of 41 | Possibly — an app's cashier can be shorter than the site's |
| Lobby supplier list | 22 of 41 | Possibly — not every studio's client is served on every platform |
| An app, a store listing or a mobile client | No such field exists in this library | Not applicable — nothing is recorded either way |
Counts over the 41 alternatives, excluding Roobet. On record for means the document was read; a field not on record is one the operator does not publish or that has not been read.
The agreement does not care which screen you used
Roobet's terms name seven documents that together form the agreement: the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the AML Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, the Bonus and Promotion Policy, the Game and Sportsbook Policy and the Roobet Chat Rules. None of the seven is described as applying to one kind of client and not another.
The specific terms a reader would want to know before installing anything are the same ones they would want before signing up on a laptop. Clause 4.9 lets Roobet request identification documents at any time at its own discretion and restrict deposits and withdrawals until that is complete. Clause 10.5 refuses a withdrawal until identity is fully verified. Clause 10.1 requires a deposit to be wagered before it can be withdrawn. Clause 9.7 charges 1% on all successful fiat deposits, and clause 10.8 charges 2% from the tenth fiat withdrawal in any rolling thirty-day period. No maximum withdrawal and no verification figure are published anywhere in what was read.
That set of facts is what an app is a shortcut to. It is not changed by the shortcut, and it is the only part of the decision this site can help with.
Four things a reader can check on a listing without any help from us
Since the library holds nothing here, the honest contribution is to name the checks that compare documents rather than appearances. Each of these is answerable in a minute or two and each compares two things that ought to match.
The first is the one that catches most problems. An operator's licence sits with a named company, and for Roobet that company is Raw Entertainment B.V., registration 157205, at Korporaalweg 10, Curaçao, with Raw Entertainment Ltd, registration HE421735, in Limassol, Cyprus, named separately as the paying and operational agent. A listing published by a name unrelated to either is a listing worth understanding before installing.
- Who publishes the listing, checked against the company named in the operator's own footer legal line.
- Whether the listing names the same licence number the site does — Roobet's is Government of Curaçao OGL/2024/687/0427, a number we have not resolved in the Curaçao register and therefore record as unverified rather than valid or invalid.
- Whether the listing links to the same terms of service, and whether that document names the same set of policies as the website's.
- Whether the cashier inside matches what the website's cashier lists — Roobet's is eleven coins, and one of them, SUI, appears in no other cashier we have read across this whole set.
If the app is the whole reason you are looking
Then this page cannot rank anything for you, and no page on this site will pretend to. Nothing here was installed, opened or used, in the same way that nothing here was played and no withdrawal was timed. The library is built from terms of service, cashiers, lobbies and licence registers, read between 26 and 28 August 2026.
What can be said is that the operators in this set are broadly web-first businesses and that their paperwork is written that way, with no clause in anything read distinguishing a mobile client from a browser. If a mobile client is essential to you, the operator's own site will say whether one exists, and everything else worth knowing about that operator is in the documents compared across all sites like Roobet on record.

Read from each operator’s own terms and licence record. A blank means the document does not state it, or we have not read it — never that the answer is nil. Ordering is by how much an operator publishes and can be checked, on a fixed ten-point scale, so a brand that publishes little cannot rise by having fewer fields counted. The placement above the table is commercial and does not affect it.
What these sites actually look like
26 of them, captured on 2026-08-26. The rest answer an automated request with a challenge page rather than a home page, so there is nothing honest to show for them.

Questions people actually ask
- Does Roobet have an app?
This site does not record one either way, and it will not guess. No record in this library holds a store listing, a publisher name or a platform for any of the forty-two brands, because no document read for it stated one. The operator's own site is the place that answers it.
- Which apps are like Roobet's?
There is no answer here to give. The library holds no app field at all, so any list of comparable apps on this page would be invention. What can be compared is the paperwork behind each brand: licence records for thirty-nine of the forty-one alternatives, verification clauses for thirty-six, cashier lists for twenty-two and lobby supplier lists for twenty-two.
- Do the terms change if I play through an app?
Nothing read for this library suggests so. Roobet's terms name seven policy documents as forming the agreement and none of them is limited to a particular kind of client. The clauses that matter — 4.9 and 10.5 on verification, 10.1 on wagering a deposit before withdrawal, 9.7 and 10.8 on fiat fees — attach to the account rather than to the device.
- Would an app take the same coins as the website?
Not necessarily, and this is one of only two fields where a mobile client can genuinely differ. Every cashier list in this library was read from what the operator serves on the web. Roobet's is eleven coins, one of which, SUI, appears in no other cashier on file across the forty-one alternatives. A client with a shorter list would not show up in these records at all.
- What should I check before installing a casino app?
Four things, all of them comparisons between two documents. Whether the listing's publisher matches the company in the operator's footer — for Roobet, Raw Entertainment B.V., registration 157205. Whether the listing names the same licence number, OGL/2024/687/0427 in Roobet's case. Whether it links to the same terms of service. And whether the cashier inside matches the coin list the website publishes.
- Why not just list the apps you found?
Because nothing was found in a form that could be recorded and dated, and this site publishes only what was. Every other figure on it carries the document it came from and the day it was read. An app list assembled from memory or from another site's page would be the one thing here with no source behind it.
- Is a mobile browser different from an app?
Not in any way these records capture. The cashier lists, supplier lists, licence records, verification clauses and ceilings compared across this site were all read from the operators' web properties, which is what a mobile browser reaches. Where the operator publishes a separate client, its cashier and lobby are the two things worth re-checking inside it.
