The address is [email protected]. It reaches the people who write this site, and it is the only address we use. What the site is built from is set out on about this site.
Most of what arrives here is one of three things: a figure that has gone stale, a figure that was wrong when we published it, or an operator asking to be listed. This page says what happens to each, because a correction policy that exists only in principle is not a correction policy. Most corrections end up in the comparison of Roobet alternatives.
If a figure on this site is wrong
Send the operator's own document and the clause number. That is what settles it. Every figure here was taken from a page the operator publishes about itself, so the only thing that can overturn one is a different page the operator publishes about itself.
What does not settle it: another comparison site saying otherwise, a screenshot with no URL, a support-chat transcript, or a forum post. None of those are the operator speaking in a document it stands behind, and we do not rank one operator above another on any of them.
When a correction lands, the figure changes and the read date on that page changes with it. We do not quietly edit a number and leave the old date underneath — the date is what tells a reader how much to trust the figure, and moving one without the other makes the whole page dishonest.

If you operate one of these sites
Two things are worth knowing before you write. First, position on the list is not for sale. The ordering is computed from how much an operator publishes and can be checked, on a fixed scale, and a commercial placement sits outside the table and is labelled as one. There is no arrangement that changes a row.
Second, the fastest way to move up is to publish more. Brands sit low in the ranking of sites like Roobet mostly because their coin list, studio roster, verification threshold or withdrawal ceiling could not be read anywhere on their own site. Publish those and tell us where, and the next read will find them.
If a document exists and we missed it, that is our error and we will fix it on the same terms as any other correction.
What we cannot help with
We are not an operator and we hold no accounts, no balances and no player data. If a withdrawal has not arrived, if an account is locked, or if a verification request is stuck, the only people who can act are the operator and, where one exists, the authority named on its licence. We cannot escalate on your behalf and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise.
We also cannot tell you whether playing anywhere is lawful for you. That is a question for a qualified adviser in your own jurisdiction, and no page on this site is a substitute for one.

There is no service-level promise here, because one we could not keep would be worse than none. Corrections backed by an operator document are the fastest, because they need checking rather than deciding.
